How to log in to your course and make sure you receive all emails

• How to reset your password
• How to make sure your email service actually delivers my messages to your main inbox

SECTION ONE
HOW TO LOG IN

To access your course, go to this page

https://englishmystic.com/login 

When you see the login screen

• In the Email field, type the email address that my messages are sent to
• In the Password field, type your password
• Then click Log in

If you have more than one email address and you are not sure which one you used, check the email address that received your welcome email. That is the one your account is set up with.

SECTION TWO
IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it here

On that page

• Type the email address where you receive my emails
• Click the button to send a reset link
• Check your inbox for a message with the subject about resetting your password
• Open that email and click the link inside
• Choose a new password and save it

If you do not see the reset email within a few minutes, check your Junk, Spam or Promotions folders. Move the email to your main inbox if it is there.

SECTION THREE
WHAT WHITELISTING MEANS

Sometimes email services hide or filter messages, especially from courses or newsletters. Whitelisting means telling your email service

Please always put these emails in my main inbox

To whitelist my emails, you usually need to do two simple things

• Add my email address to your contacts
• If one of my emails ever lands in Spam, Junk or Promotions, move it to your main inbox and tell your email service it is not spam

Below are step-by-step instructions for the most common email services.

SECTION FOUR
GMAIL ON COMPUTER BROWSER

Adding to contacts

• Open Gmail on your computer
• Find any email from me
• Open the email
• Move your mouse over my name or email address at the top
• A small contact window appears
• Click Add to contacts

Moving from Promotions to Inbox

• Go to the Promotions tab in Gmail
• Find one of my emails
• Click and drag it from Promotions to the Primary tab
• Gmail will ask if you want to do this for future messages from this sender
• Click Yes

Checking Spam folder

• On the left side, scroll down and click More
• Click Spam
• If you see any email from me in Spam, open it
• At the top of the email, click Not spam
• The email will move to your inbox

SECTION FIVE
GMAIL ON PHONE APP

• Open the Gmail app
• Find one of my emails
• Tap the message to open it
• Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen
• Tap Add to contacts or Add sender to contacts if you see that option

If one of my emails is in Spam

• Open the Spam folder from the menu
• Tap my email
• Tap the three dots
• Tap Not spam or Move to inbox

SECTION SIX
OUTLOOK DOT COM AND HOTMAIL

Adding to contacts

• Log in at outlook dot com
• Open any email from me
• At the top of the email, click my name
• A small window opens
• Click Add to contacts
• Fill in any details if you wish and save

Marking as safe

• If one of my emails is in Junk Email, open the Junk Email folder
• Open my email
• At the top, click It is not junk or Not junk
• The message will move to your inbox

Focused Inbox setting

If you use Focused Inbox

• In your inbox, if one of my emails is in Other, right-click on it
• Choose Move to Focused or Always move to Focused

SECTION SEVEN
OUTLOOK PROGRAM ON WINDOWS

• Open Outlook on your computer
• Find and open one of my emails
• Right-click on my email address in the message header
• Choose Add to Outlook contacts
• Fill in any details and click Save

To mark an email as not junk

• Right-click on the email in your message list
• Move your mouse over Junk
• Click Not Junk
• Tick the box that says Always trust emails from this sender if you see it
• Click OK

SECTION EIGHT
APPLE MAIL ON IPHONE OR IPAD

• Open the Mail app
• Find one of my emails
• Tap the email to open it
• Tap my email address at the top
• Tap Add to VIP or Add to existing contact or Create new contact

If my email is in Junk

• Go to the Junk folder
• Tap the email from me
• Tap the Move message option
• Choose Inbox

Adding me as a VIP helps Apple Mail keep my emails in your main inbox.

SECTION NINE
APPLE MAIL ON A MAC COMPUTER

• Open the Mail app
• Find and open one of my emails
• Move your mouse over my email address in the message header
• Click the drop-down arrow
• Click Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs

If the email is in Junk

• Click the Junk folder
• Select my email
• Click the Not Junk button in the toolbar
• The email will move to your inbox

SECTION TEN
YAHOO MAIL

• Log in to Yahoo Mail
• Open any email from me
• Move your mouse over my name at the top of the email
• Click Add to contacts
• Fill in any details and save

If my email appears in Spam

• Click the Spam folder
• Open the email from me
• Click Not spam at the top of the message
• The email will move to your inbox

SECTION ELEVEN
OTHER EMAIL SERVICES

If your email provider is not listed, you can usually do something similar

• Find an email from me
• Look for an option such as Add to contacts, Add sender to address book, Mark as safe or Not spam
• Use that option
• If you see my email in a Spam, Junk or Promotions folder, move it back to the main inbox

SECTION TWELVE
IF YOU STILL DO NOT RECEIVE EMAILS

If you have followed the steps above and still cannot find emails from me

• First, check that you used the correct email address when you signed up
• Search your mailbox for EnglishMystic or my name
• Make sure your inbox is not full
• If needed, contact me through my website contact page and let me know what is happening, which email address you used and which email service you are on
