It’s sent through the Dragon Portal (Kajabi platform) as part of the course you’re enrolled in. If you’d prefer not to receive these updates, you’ll need to adjust your notification settings directly within your Kajabi account.

Simply log in, head to your profile settings, and switch off the option for “newsletter issues” or “product announcements”.

This will stop future course announcements landing in your inbox, though they’ll still be visible when you log into the course space.

If your mobile device is being pelted with Kajabi course announcements like fireballs from a restless wyvern — here’s how to calm the storm:

Ensure you have the latest Kajabi App version:

🛡️ On the Kajabi App:

1. Open your Kajabi App (the gateway to your teachings)
2. Tap your profile icon (top left)
3. Tap the little ⚙️ gear — this opens your Dragon Settings
4. Choose Notifications
5. Find Product Announcements (the culprits!)
6. Toggle off both Email and Push Notifications — silence the messengers

✨ You may also visit your phone’s own Notification Settings to hush Kajabi at the system level if needed.

🗝️ Forgotten your password, brave soul?

1. On the Kajabi login screen, tap “Forgot password?”
2. A recovery scroll (email) shall be sent
3. Follow it, reset, and re-enter your sanctum

From this moment, your inbox shall remain undisturbed, and your course updates will still await you within the temple walls of Kajabi whenever you choose to enter.

🔧 How to Stop Kajabi Announcement Emails (Desktop)

1. Log in to your Kajabi course site  https://englishmystic.mykajabi.com/login
2. Click your profile picture (top right) → Settings ( https://www.englishmystic.com/settings/account )
3. Under Set Notifications, find the option:
   “Please notify me about all newsletter issues”
4. Untick that box to stop receiving announcement emails
5. Scroll down and hit Save

💡 Note: This stops the announcement emails, but you’ll still see updates when you log into the course itself.

If you’ve forgotten your password (it happens to the best of us), just click “Forgot password?” on the login screen and follow the prompts.
