Breathwork Fear Transformation Practice
Sara led a breathwork and meditation practice designed to transform fears into courage, explaining that fear itself is not problematic unless it prevents someone from pursuing desired goals. She guided participants through a process of identifying specific fears, visualising them as separate parts of themselves, and using breathwork to transform those fears into courage with the help of "dragons" or guides. The practice included breathing exercises, visualisation techniques, and an opportunity for participants to explore and address specific fears that were holding them back from pursuing their desires.
Breathwork Session and Feedback
Sara conducted a breathwork session where participants experienced various physical and emotional responses, including Theresa Torbert Dragon Healer & Mystic who felt a connection to her spirit guides and received guidance about trusting her intuition. After the session, Sara shared personal experiences about managing fear through rock climbing and caving, explaining that sometimes it's not about overcoming fear but changing one's relationship with it. Several participants including Jorge, Nicola, and Marilyn shared positive feedback about their experiences during the breathwork practice.

Vivyana shared information about two new books: the Dragon Codex, a 31-author anthology about dragon types, and The Dragon Codes, a collection of healing stories with a companion summit. The meeting then transitioned to introducing Yumiko Asakura as the next speaker, describing her as an enlightened master, spiritual teacher, and healer who works with dragons and higher-dimensional beings.
