10:00 Arrival and grounding with aura cleansing & energy alignment with Tibetan chimes

10.30 Cacao ceremony to open the heart   

11.00 Gentle Yin Yoga for up to an hour in the Yurt

12.00 Light breath work 

12.30 Break for Lunch - outside the Yurt ( tea/coffee provided - and bring your own packed lunch )

1.30 p.m. Angel Rainbow frequency activation back in the Yurt

2.00 p.m. QHHT past life regression

3.30 p.m. Shamanic Ancestral Healing session on past life or current life

4.30 p.m. RELAX

5 p.m. Leave the Yurt

5.30 p.m. Visit the retreat bar/head home
