What if there was somewhere you could simply stop, breathe, and Reconnect?

Imagine waking up one morning knowing that, for the next couple of days, you don't have to rush anywhere.

No endless notifications.

No list of things that apparently needed doing yesterday.

No pressure to be anything for anybody.

Instead, you step outside into the countryside.

You breathe.

There are trees around you, open land, birdsong and somewhere nearby a fire is being prepared for later.

Perhaps you spend the morning in meditation.

Perhaps you join a healing session.

Perhaps you learn something completely new.

Perhaps you sit beneath a tree with a cup of tea and do absolutely nothing for half an hour.

And perhaps, when evening arrives, you find yourself sitting around a fire beneath the stars with people who arrived as strangers and somehow don't feel like strangers anymore.

And yes...

There will almost certainly be Dragons. 🐉😂

That's the dream behind the EnglishMystic Retreat Centre.

Because I'm not asking people to help create somewhere that only benefits me.

I Want to Create the Place I've Always Wanted to Welcome You To

For more than a decade, I've been teaching, writing, healing and creating spiritual experiences through EnglishMystic.

We've gathered online.

We've met at retreats.

We've journeyed with Dragons.

We've held healing sessions.

We've trained in Dragon Shamanism.

We've created books, courses, workshops, webinars, gatherings and international events.

And I've seen again and again that something changes when we actually gather together.

You can have an extraordinary experience online.

But there is something different about leaving your normal environment behind and spending time somewhere dedicated to what you need.

You slow down.

You talk.

You laugh.

Sometimes you cry.

You walk the land.

You sit around a fire.

You meet people you would never otherwise have met.

And you give yourself permission to concentrate on you.

That's what I want the EnglishMystic Retreat Centre to provide.

A Permanent Home in the South West of England

The vision is to create the EnglishMystic Retreat Centre in a beautiful rural location in Devon or Cornwall.

A permanent home for:

🏕️ Eventually, residential retreats where you can stay for several days

And I want other compatible teachers, healers and practitioners to be able to bring their gifts there too.

This isn't about creating somewhere you visit once.

I want to create somewhere you can return to.

So What Are We Actually Raising £100,000 For?

The money raised will contribute towards acquiring and beginning the development of the EnglishMystic Retreat Centre.

That can include purchasing suitable rural land or property, legal costs, surveys, planning, essential infrastructure and utilities, preparing the land and creating the initial teaching, healing and retreat facilities.

And I want supporters to be able to follow that journey.

The land searches.

The viewings.

Finding the right place.

The plans.

The development.

The photographs and videos.

The milestones.

And eventually...

Opening those gates.

This Isn't Intended to Depend on Crowdfunding Forever

The crowdfunding is there to help create the foundation.

Once established, the Retreat Centre is intended to become financially sustainable through retreats, training programmes, workshops, healing events, residential experiences, venue hire, collaborative events and other activities.

My longer term vision goes further still.

Ultimately, I would like the Retreat Centre to move into a trust so that what we create can continue beyond me.

I don't want to create something that exists only while I'm around to run it.

I want to create something that lasts.
